Mark Crocker - Managing Director

In 1999 Mark co-founded Zycko, an award winning global IT Distributor, and acted as Marketing Director until founding Hardware.com.

Mark's focus is on customer value through best-of-breed solutions, being independent and developing trusted IT partnerships.

Charlie Bellord - Sales Director

Coming from a background in the banking sector, capital markets, Charlie was one of the first at Hardware.com in 2003 and has built a number of trusted relationships with customers, supplying solutions exclusively to some of the biggest companies in the UK.

Driven by success Charlie pushes the sales team to deliver real solutions for each customer. Charlie has worked with Simon Fieldhouse from the very beginning and they are both instrumental in the direction of the company.

Simon Fieldhouse - Business Development Director

Simon has been at Hardware.com from the first day, working with Charlie on the ongoing direction of the company, development of new business opportunities, our key accounts and ensuring Hardware.com delivers integrated solutions and value to our customers.

Simon has worked within the IT industry for many years and brings a level of expertise that benefits both the sales team and customers alike, and has held a number of roles at board level within EMEA and USA providing a valuable knowledge of international languages and working practices.

Anthony Cowdell - Technical Director

Anthony has over 10 years experience in Technical Design Authority and Systems Engineering roles within the carrier, service provider and enterprise sectors.

He has a wealth of in-depth knowledge on a wide variety of network vendors product portfolios and is fully versed in project lifecycle methodology. He has been at Hardware.com for nearly three years and has been instrumental in the company achieving its phenomenal growth.

Richard Johnson - Operations Director

Richard has been in the industry for over 10 years, including RBR networks, Comstor and Zycko before joining Hardware.com in 2005.

Richard works closely with the sales team in developing and driving Smartpac repair and maintenance, delivering real solutions and ensuring all operational activity is focused on the customer.

Mark Cadbury - Marketing Director

Having come from a pure marketing background; at Maxwell Communications Corporation, Microsoft and Vodafone, Mark is immersed in branding. He has worked across the EMEA region and has a real understanding of the cultural differences and nuances across Europe.

Mark has run his own marketing agency; developing brands, online strategy and websites for over 50 clients. His philosophy is to always think from the customers' perspective and deliver real value. He joined Hardware.com in 2008.

Chris Pearce - IT Director

Joined in 2005 as the man in charge of developing our website, and is responsible for ensuring our network is functioning at the highest levels.

Now the IT Director, he has created a network and website that we can be proud of and uses the equipment we sell, on our network.

Simon Buist - Services Director

With 15 years experience in the IT sector, most recently as Business Development Director and co-owner of Apex Computers International Ltd., Simon's remit is to develop the SmartpacTM services brand to add value to the core network hardware supply business of Hardware.com.

With demonstrable success in both hardware and solution sales and management, solution development, technical team leadership, partner and vendor relationship development and management, Simon has a real understanding of the business of IT and the challenges facing IT leaders today.

Paul Bonner - Director of Products

Paul has been a CCIE for almost 10 years and has spent the last 12 years in Cisco distribution and sales via RBR Networks, Comstor, Zycko and now Hardware.com.

Paul works closely with Anthony to provide Pre-Sales support for our sales staff and customers while keeping a keen eye on emerging technologies. He looks after our portfolio of products and increasing our range. Paul joined Hardware.com in January 2009, but has worked with the management team for many years.
